Unfair League Kick - Loss of Activity and Seasonal Exchange Points
Hi everyone,
I am writing to report a frustrating issue regarding my experience in FC Mobile. Despite completing all weekly activities and participating in every League Tournament, I—along with several other active members—was suddenly kicked by the League Owner without any justification.
As a result of this unfair kick, all my activity points have vanished, and I am now unable to claim my League Exchange points for the end of the season. This feels like a major flaw in the system where a single user (the owner) can erase weeks of hard work from dedicated players.
Is there any way to recover these points or a system in place to protect players who have fulfilled all their requirements? I have been very active in the game, specifically focusing on competitive play and roster optimization, and losing progress this way is very discouraging.
I hope the support team or the community can provide some guidance on how to address this.
