UTOTY Challenge 2 TOTY Shards not recieved

So i finished Challenge 2 of UTOTY for x50 Shards and claimed it but the reward was never recieved and the amount of Shards i had didn't change.

I thought giving it a day,but no,i still didn't recieve it even tho claimed.

Anyone had the same issue?
