Was using FC Mobile guest account, had to change device and lost progress.

I'm hoping someone can help me.
My (very sad) story goes like this:
- I used my family's iPhone device for playing FC Mobile (I didn't have any linked or EA account at the time - I used guest). In my account, I couldn't see any option to set a linked account either (my brother had linked account option show but he has an EA account already when he plays). I do remember my user ID and also saved it as well (hope this helps!)
- When I got a tablet for myself, I wanted to shift my progress to the tablet but didn't know how since the family was getting rid of the device
- I was given advice that I should reinstall the app on the iPhone, create a new EA account and then the Guest account progress would be saved to my new EA account. I made sure to save my old User ID (with all my progress) in a notepad.
- When I reinstalled, I was asked about overwriting my EA account (though my Guest account was showing LVL 0 which didn't make sense - I had OVR 113 and LVL 36 with my old user ID)
- When I did that, I lost everything and now have a brand new user ID 😭😭😭
- When I tried to login to my EA account on my tablet it shows that I have a fresh account like now on the iPhone.
Am I toast ? If I have my old user ID + username is there any chance that I can restore my progress? I'm sad that I've lost almost 6 months of working hard.
Can anyone guide me or confirm that it's even possible if I have old user ID?
