We Need 3-2-4-1 Formation / 3-4-2-1 is OK too

So many teams nowadays play with a box midfield. 

We used to have it with a 3-4-2-1, also works but the two as CAM.

What I suggest is:

Arsenal, City, and sometimes Liverpool all deploy this system

          CDM-CDM

        CB - CB - CB
