Webstore issue
I tried to get the $2.99 for 1000 fc points webstore item in the fc mobile webstore, however after attempting to purchase it, I got a message saying there was a problem with my purchase so I try to buy it again and it shows “purchase pending” on the offer.
It has been 40 minutes and still going since I have attempted to purchase the offer and despite refreshing the website countless times as well as closing and reopening it it still doesn’t work.
Can someone please give me an update as to when I am able to try and purchase it again please
You need to raise this with helpdesk via ingame menu and report unable to purchase. Has the money left your credit card? If so then add missing content to your ticket. Forums cant help with this.
