Re: [Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

So I finished all but 1 of my festive weekly quests, all that was left was that I beat the weekend challenge.
So I spent 15 minutes playing it and beat the games on my first go, but my weekly challenge stays unchecked and I miss out on 200 rank up tokens which I NEED. And then I complain to the ea helpline (in the game) and they kept refusing to help me and sent me to the forums. Didn’t even ask me about what happened or why and then moved on?

yes I reinstalled the game to see if it’s visually bugging (it’s not, they scammed me 🥀)

is anyone else seeing this problem and seeing the help staff being lazy???

I am also one having this issue. Done all weekend quest but showing short of 1. Quest ending in 3 days. Unlikely to get fix in time from them. Lose out on 20 shards.

rqrlu32kv0j2 - It's not being ignored. There is a bug affecting the entire player base. It has been raised, acknowledged and is being investigated.

No no ik it’s a wide problem, but I reported it on the very first day of the event before it became a thread here and they kept closing my chat log on the ea customer service within the game
