The most problematic thing is it feels like as your strikers are all programmed to run towards the goal post and not position themselves properly. For ex- when the ball hits the cross bar all my strikers are at the front and nobody's there to get the ball and the defender just clears the ball. Another example is when the ball is deflected by the goalkeeper and your other player is just there in the penalty area and not positioned properly.
