Why is it not possible for me to get 90 fps?

I have a OnePlus nord 4 and it's newer than the mentioned OnePlus 11 and 12 mentioned in the devices capable of getting 90 fps. Yes, it's not a flagship phone but it has a beast of a processor and I just want to play on 90 fps with smoother gameplay.
