Why my device can't open 60fps

Hi,Im from Vietnam.I have a question, why can't my device (redmi note 13 pro 4g) open 60fps frame rate?. I think with g99 ultra chip, opening 60fps should be easy :))))?. Hope the game development team can answer my question, thanks.
