Widespread VPN Abuse and Cheating Are Destroying Competitive Integrity

To EA SPORTS FC Mobile Team,

We are writing on behalf of a large number of EA SPORTS FC Mobile players to express our growing frustration and deep concern regarding the current state of **Division Rivals**, particularly **Head to Head** and **VS Attack**.

The competitive integrity of FC Mobile is rapidly deteriorating due to the widespread abuse of **VPNs, exploits, and other unfair methods**. This is no longer an isolated issue involving a few individuals—it has become a major problem affecting thousands of honest players every day.

Even more alarming is the fact that many people openly promote these methods on **TikTok Live** and other social media platforms. They demonstrate how to use VPNs and other exploits to gain an unfair advantage and encourage more players to do the same. This has normalized cheating and allowed it to spread throughout the community with little fear of consequences.

Many of us have invested months, and in some cases years, building our Ultimate Teams, spending countless hours—and for many players, significant amounts of money—to improve our squads. Yet we repeatedly encounter situations where teams with much lower OVR ratings consistently outperform stronger teams in ways that simply do not reflect skill or fair competition.

For example, players with **126 OVR** teams regularly lose to **120 OVR** teams under extremely suspicious circumstances. During these matches, our players suddenly become slow, unresponsive, unable to make simple passes, fail to control the ball, lose every duel, and ignore commands. It often feels as though our players are being held back by invisible chains while our opponents gain an unnatural advantage.

This experience leaves many players believing that fair competition no longer exists in Division Rivals.

The consequences are becoming increasingly serious:

* Honest players are losing motivation to continue playing.

* Competitive modes are becoming less enjoyable and less credible.

* More players are turning to unfair methods because they believe they cannot compete otherwise.

* The reputation of FC Mobile is being damaged across social media and gaming communities.

* Loyal players are beginning to consider leaving the game altogether.

As a community, we respectfully but firmly request that EA SPORTS take immediate action.

We ask you to:

* Launch a comprehensive investigation into VPN abuse, cheating, and exploit usage.

* Significantly strengthen the anti-cheat and detection systems.

* Permanently suspend or ban accounts proven to be using unfair methods.

* Improve server monitoring and matchmaking to prevent manipulation and exploitation.

* Publicly communicate the measures being taken so the community knows these issues are being addressed.

Competitive integrity is the foundation of every successful online game. Without fairness, rankings lose their meaning, player progression loses its value, and the community loses trust.

We love FC Mobile and want it to succeed for many years to come. That is precisely why we are raising this issue. We hope EA SPORTS will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves before even more loyal players lose confidence in the game.

We sincerely expect a meaningful response and decisive action.

Respectfully,

**Concerned Members of the EA SPORTS FC Mobile Community**

If you read well, you will understand what I mean and who I am talking about in particular. My report was dedicated to dishonest people who use hacks and VPNs for quick profit and to destroy the integrity of the game. Have you experienced many times being very close and one step away from your goal or a certain rank in the Division and encountering someone who uses hacks, and as soon as you score against him and think that you will win, he kicks you out of the game, and then you enter a script and lose all your progress in a glance from people with very small overs, or also playing with someone who uses a VPN and makes your team a passage and an open bridge to the goals while you cannot do anything as if you are playing with a team of old grandparents people?

  • Adding a cross-play feature would be a solution to this—since there's a 99% chance the cheating is coming from Android phones—but this would only solve the problem for iOS (iPhone/iPad) users.

  • Its not overly true. Im a 121 Ovr and i loses the same way to player 122+ higher Ovr. We start off as a fair play i score they score, awesome plays and then all of a sudden my team is done for the same reasons as you described and i find the Stun is way too strong too the point the whole team stops at times to see if a free has been paid and its play on, i can't tell if im still in control of the players anymore at times.
