can be possible for the performance equalizer?

That's an unfair ask tbh.. if they do that why rank up at all.. you can play with a 100ovr squad.  In fact it used to exist from what I read where people with low ovrs but good skills used to garner lot of wins by this equality.  Looks like it's been watered down as I don't see any low ovrs squads featuring top now.

The idea is people in the same division level compete against each other and if that's not happening you can complain bro. As season progresses people with higher ovrs usually move up divisions, so parity will be restored.

I’m talking about how my team—rated 126–127 OVR—performs when I face a 122 OVR opponent. I should easily be able to outrun them in a sprint and skills; the game ought to be much more balanced in that regard. Instead, it feels like a magnet is pulling the weaker teams toward mine to level the playing field. It makes me wonder: if people can just play around with their old squads, why would they bother upgrading? Why does the game compensate for the difference? A 143 pace stat shouldn't be equal to 154 on the pitch—or worse, the team with the slower players outrunning the faster one. It’s as if the much faster team lacks momentum the entire match, looking sluggish right from the kickoff, you know? And yet, it happens constantly... I don't understand what makes that possible.
