Years of Progress Gone in Seconds — This Is Not Fair
I honestly don’t even know where to start, but I need people to hear this.
I lost my FC Mobile account — not because I did something wrong, but because of a login issue that completely wiped everything I built.
I had an account at level 63–64. I spent real money on it. I spent hours playing, grinding, building my team, collecting players, and enjoying the game. This wasn’t just an account — it was something I invested in.
One day, I tried to log in through Facebook, the SAME way I always did, and instead of loading my account, the game created a completely new one and threw me into the tutorial.
Just like that… everything was gone.
I contacted support, explained everything clearly, and all I got was:
“Your account was overwritten and cannot be recovered.”
That’s it.
No investigation, no recovery attempt, no real solution.
How is this acceptable for a game where people spend real money?
How is there no protection system for accounts?
How can years of progress disappear because of a login issue?
What makes it worse is that I’ve been a loyal player of FC games for years. I buy the games on PC and PlayStation, I support the franchise, and this is how it ends?
I’ve now stopped playing completely because of this experience. Not just FC Mobile — but even the other FC games. Because honestly, after this, I don’t feel safe investing my time or money again.
This isn’t just about me. This could happen to anyone.
If a player loses everything because of a system issue and there is no recovery, then something is seriously wrong.
I’m sharing this because I want answers, and I want the company to take responsibility. Players deserve better protection, better support, and real solutions.
If anyone from the team sees this — please look into my case again. This is not fair.

Make sure your account is properly secured… because losing everything like this is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
