I don't understand why one of La Masia's most outstanding talents, Fermin Lopez, only received a 2-star skill rating. Have you ever seen him play? Or is it just a mistake by the technical staff?

Expect that he might get a max 3 star skill move if an ovr upgrade happens, not more than that cuz his previous 112 ovr UEFA Primetime card also has a 2 star skill move and Footyverse card has 3 star skill move
