I had the same problems "moving slowly" & "lacking burst speed" this whole season. I don't think there is a way to fix it, maybe playing on a different phone can enhance their speed cz all my friends have lower rating cards but can easily out run my high pace players ( 109 ginola rank 4 - pace 160, 110 salah rank 4 - pace 165)
