A problem with my account

When I log in to my account in fc mobile, a problem occurs and is not logged in, knowing that the account is linked to Facebook, ea account, Game Center and apple account

    Hey plktg1wsiqy8  Do you have access to another device to test your account so we can confirm if it's an issue with your account or the device?

    Yes, I have access to another device, knowing that my current device is iPhone 15

    Do you know what your User id is for that account? If yes, could you send it to me in a direct message?

    This is user id[removed] and the name of the account is Ahmed

    Thanks. I'll remove the user ID for safety reasons. Can you also share a screenshot of the error message that you receive?

    I haven't received a reply for two months about the problem of my fc mobile account. Is this respect for fc mobile players?
