Account Data not loading into the game

If you had a linked account to ea, Facebook, Apple etc, then contact customer service via the in game chat or via ea help website and they should be able to help you get that account relinked.

if you were just playing as a guest then your progress is deleted when you delete the game as data is only stored locally on your device
