Hello, I used to have an account registered to a certain mail over time this mail was deleted and now there is no way to restore it. When logging in to EA, the account entering a remote mail asks for a confirmation code, but I will never be able to log in to the mail again. What should I do? Will I be able to restore the progress of my old account?

Our EA Help guide recommends these steps if you can no longer access the email address registered to the EA account:
If you can’t access your email account, get in touch with your email service provider to see if you can recover it. Most providers let you recover your account by:
- resetting your password
- answering security questions
- verifying your identity or alternative email address associated with that account.
Look for these options on the sign-in page of your email service provider’s website, or visit their support site for more help.
If you’ve tried all those steps to recover the email but it didn't work, and you still can't log into your EA Account, contact our support team. They'll try to help you recover access to the EA account and update the email address registered to it.
