[Asking for Information] Unclaimed Items - Error 10002

Hello. How can i fix this?  I can not do anything. I have no problems with the Internet, I tried it on different devices, the same error pops up.

    Platform:Android Phone
    What's your device's make and model? Xiaomi poco F5
    What's your device's firmware? 14.0.7
    What is your game version? 20.1.02
    In what game mode did the bug occur? Live Event
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    What happens when the bug occurs? Hello, when I log in to the game, it says get unclaimed rewards and I click on it, then it gives me error 10002 Please help me
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) I have been dealing with this problem as of 18.12.2023
