Also had this problem. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing happened.

It happens to me too.
I already reinstall the app, still happen
I try with my second account and there's no issue.
I've gotten the rival bug 3 times. Lol@EA_Illium I have this same issue of unclaimed items in rivals event and able to log in when I tried to login and click on the unclaimed items then a message pops up of unknown error 10002.
I tried both wifi and cellular data
Also I tried in different devices to login but it didn't solve.
