Never seen that on IOS or Android, and I have played the game on both after downloading commentary from day 1. What's your device, and how much space do you have left on it? Do you have any apps that try to clean your device?

I don't have an app for cleaning.
IPhone 12 pro and it offers me the iOS 26.3 update.

Just checking, but is that OS version currently in the beta testing phase? Are you using beta updates? Have you had this issue before?

I'm now on version 18 .6. 2.
It's been over a year and I haven't had any problems with FC Mobile.

If you’re using a linked account, please try uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it after changing your system version. Perhaps the beta version caused some issues. Also, free up some additional storage space and see if that helps.
