Ban or suspended account
Couples day ago my Fc mobile account got banned but I don’t know the reason why and I’ve been contacting the services of ea sports and I haven’t received any email or anything like that because I would like to appeal the ban from my account. I don’t use any circumstances of cheating that could damage the game, but a day before my account got banned I went to change my debit card number and maybe out of that my bank refunded some money back to my card. Majority well not majority but some of my other apps refunded money back and I think that Fc mobile was one of the apps to have refund the money I had spent of my account. Lastly, please guys help me get my account back telling me how to appeal the ban or if any of you guys had this case and would like to help me I would appreciate it a lot or anyone who could please help me. Another thing I would like to say is that I checked my ban history and nothing appeared there I even checked my email because they usually send you an email saying your account got banned or suspended. You can always check the status of your case here if you'd like to keep an eye on it too, just be careful not to resume the case as that'll pull it out of the queue.
