Hi, since the start of the season, the shields I've earned cannot be used when I lose a game. I simplu cannot see them under any of 3 tyres of division rivals. It happened also last season, but they reappeared at a point. Now-nothing. Is anybody else facing this problem? Any solution for that?

I'm a champion already. Does not matter now. But let's see next season if it will repeat.
From legendary up they don't work. So when you start a new season you have no use of shields since you start from legendary (i suppose you reach champion each season)
