Banned from fc mobile 25 for no reason

I woke up this morning to play the game and I see a notification saying my account has been banned I’m upset because EA hasn’t answered a single one of my 4 appeals to get unbanned and I don’t want to loose the team I’ve built so I want to know if my account is gone forever or can I get it back?
