Banned(?) account

Hi all! My account was surprisely banned. I asked the support immediately about the circumstances of banning. Support replied soon: "Our investigation found that your account was involved in cheating
This violates our rules and negatively impacts the experience for other players. As a result, we will not lift the sanction applied to your EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile account."

This is abnormal, because honestly I HAVE NEVER CHEATED in the game or used prohibited software. I replied twice to ask more details or evidence of their theory but support didn't answer. 

My account has 113 overall team and I spent a lot of money since I play with Fifa and FC Mobile. I was a founder at FC Mobile and I had high division rivals results and as I wrote, I have never ever cheated in any method. How was I able to catch this situation? Is there any chance to get back my account?

Furthermore, the problem is bigger, because I am also a league owner. Now I cannot log in, cannot lead the league, cannot give administrator permissions or give the ownership to another player. What is the solution? What should I do?
