Why doesn't EA give a reason for the band? Would it be that hard to actually tell people why they got banned? I think it's a lack of respect not saying the reason. I don't think these guys didn't do anything but still... Every now and then we have these people complaining about unfair bans. As a forum would also be nice for you to post from time to time examples of the people who were banned and most important the reasons. Don't forget that a lot of your customers are kids. Instead of just moderating the forum would also be nice to help the community from time to time with helpful posts.
