Battlefy Fc pro tournament

Hello EA sports I registered for the fc pro mobile tournament I did everything I was said to do I linked my ea account to battlefy but it’s still telling me to retry cause my EA account it’s not link. I clicked multiple times before it said  connection verified but once it’s goes back to battlefy site it goes back to saying my EA account is not linked please how do I resolve this?
