Hello EA Support,

I’m facing a serious issue with EA FC Mobile after the recent update (May 2025). The game worked fine before, but after the update, it no longer opens. I keep receiving the following error:

**null[0x01003E8] – Server is under maintenance**

However, it’s been more than 2 days, and the issue still persists.

🛠 My attempts so far:

- Cleared cache and app data

- Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

- Tried different VPN servers (USA, Germany, Canada)

- Tried with mobile data and Wi-Fi

- Tried on Samsung Galaxy A16, Android 14

Nothing worked.

Please let me know if this issue is related to regional server blocks or any device-specific incompatibility. Many other users are also facing this issue. We are waiting for an official fix or statement.
