bought an item which I didn't receive and the customer service isn't responding

I did the purchase and the transaction was failed with the amount deducted. I tried contacting the customer service but no one is even responding to it . It's been hours. They replied to a in game item which was being given for some event in a couple of hours but for something that was bought using real money they are not even replying. Please help
