Bug liga

please ea solve this bug, I have been experiencing this for more than 1 week, I have contacted customer service web & customer service in game but there is no solution, there is even no response from customer service in game I have waited 5 days no reply from them, bad service why have a service feature if the service is trash like this, please solve the bug, don't tell me to contact customer service but think about how you can fix it I am tired of explaining many times to customers but they can't fix it or provide good service, I have even given my email address and password to customer service in game so they know what the bug is like, see the attachment I sent also that is proof of the bug
