Can’t play H2H or vs attack

I honestly don’t understand what’s going on with FC Mobile right now, but this whole matchmaking problem has become unbearable. For almost a week now, I can barely play online — every time I try Head-to-Head or to play with friends, it just says “Matchmaking Failed.” It’s not a network issue, it’s not a device issue, and it’s clearly not just me because many people in my region are facing the same thing. Once in a while it connects, but that’s so rare it almost feels like luck. If this is some kind of server problem or intentional change, EA should at least communicate with us. It’s unfair to keep players in the dark while we can’t even enjoy the main part of the game. Please fix this or at least let us know what’s happening, because this silence is frustrating and it’s really killing the fun of the game.
