Can't buy fifa points or the conembol pass on eafc mobile

What device are you playing on, and what error message are you seeing when you try to make a purchase? 

I can't buy fifa points at all or the conembol pass. No error notification just doesn't let me access to purchase. The plus sign of FC points has no light and doesn't work, same for the purchase button on this new promo pass and also the plus sign from gems or the big gems icon on main menu.

I tried already to reinstall the game but didn't work. When I contact support they say that many people are contacting them with same problem and they look for solution but I didn't met no one with this issue on all people that I know in game and all groups I'm in.

Is just very unfair that cannot have same opportunities as the others because cannot buy points,promo pass or even get free gems
