Can't finish my daily task due to not being able to watch ads

Every now and then I cant watch the ads in the daily task so I usually close the app and when it reopens it works. But this time I have tried to do this for about two days now and I still can't watch the ads to finish my daily task.

Due to this I have now missed the shards I was supposed to earn. Which is very upsetting to me and why I am here. 

Before any suggestions I would like to say it is not an Internet issue nor a cache issue. I have checked both.

    Hi. Thanks for reporting this, and sorry to hear you've missed out on your Daily Task shards. Since you've already ruled out your internet connection and cache, could you let us know if you're playing on Android or iOS, and what happens when you tap the ad button? Do you get a "No ads available" message, or does nothing happen? Please let us know your region or country.

    Also, if you're using a VPN, Private DNS, or an ad blocker, try disabling it, as these can prevent ads from loading.

    In addition to what Pulsar said, you can always change that task to something else for 10 gems. I know it's not ideal, but while you have an issue with Ads, it's better to give up 10 gems for more shards.

    Yea it says "no ads available now". Sometimes the watch button is greyed out, sometimes it isn't. No VPN or ad blocker. As for DNS, wifi has google DNS but I switched to my mobile data and no difference. I use an Android phone

    Yea... But 10 gems.... Ideally I would like this to not happen in general. I save every gem

    Thanks. Could you also share your country/region, device model, Android version? It would also help to know when this started happening and whether the ad button shows “No ads available now” every time, or only at certain times of the day.
