Can't go to online matches - h2h, league, scout camp.

I can't go to online matches. When I press to start the h2h game or any other onkine game, as I always used to do, the match allegedly starts downloading, but never comes to a logical end. I just can't play matches. And it continues for three days. And in h2h or vs attack insets it always shows 999 ms, but my internet is the same, that is good. How can I solve this problem. I've already cleaned the device, reinstalled the game, so please give me some really useful advice, not common phrases.
