Cant progress in ranked

Ea support in the app and website havent contacted me back, neither will make any attempt to help. I cant make progress in ranked, the stars dont count, specefically in vs attack. It states im world class 4 while im really legendary 2. With the games ive won, i should be in fc champ for vs attack but it wont count. Please help
