Players are missing from account

1) I was having tradable rivaldo but its not showing now 

2) I got 2 players of 112 ovr in pack and also other player of 111 and 110 ovr which are missing from my account my players are not there i am not able to exchange 

When i calculated i was having 350+ shards but i didn't exchange them and waiting to open more pack last night they were there but not no card is there 

Please ea look into this i worked so hard to get those cards
