Can't redeem code

Question

Hello, I have a problem concidering the new code. When I have used it, it said invalid, but when I tried again it said I already redeemed yet I haven't received my rewards which I wanted the laugh Mr manager emoji but it won't give it to me. I haven't redeemed the code but it said I have redeemed it. Please see to this and I ask nicely for my rewards. Thank you.

I had same problem. I redeemed the code (COUNTDOWN) straight after it was announced. Didn't work. When I tried again, it said only once code can redeem per player&nbsp;I didn't received any rewards.

Hi @Minisulaiman, To confirm what is the code your typing in? Also to confirm are you trying to redeem it currently?
