Can't sign in my account

So it's been a long time since I've played fc mobile and I wanted to play it again but when I open the game it wants me to put my birthday month and year so I do and it's the same as my EA account and when I come to log in my EA account it says that the birthday i entered when opening the app is not the same as my birthday on the EA account. Please help because I have spent my blood and tears on the game and I don't want to start over.
