Hey, i make new threads bcs u Mark my old thread as solved, even though my problem is not solved, I feel ignored and frustrated so I'm lazy to open this forum again. then i had some free time, so i opened this forum again and saw my thread was solved but my problem is still there? so i made a new thread. i've been logged in for 55 days without a break, it doesn't make sense that my hero chronicles and icon chronicles are stuck and not increasing. so i want a solution here, it's been weeks without any clarity and i've sent the UID and there's no progress. i've made a thread, reinstalled, i've been using the latest version of fc mobile, cleared the cache, relogged in, my internet has been fine for 55 days and i'm still being ignored? i just want you guys to complete my mission so i can claim the reward that is rightfully mine.Match problem
Problem at the end of a match After the match ends in EA Sports Mobile on the Poco M5s, the screen goes black (transparently). Everything freezes, and the game doesn't progress. To resolve this, I have to exit the game, which reduces the enjoyment. I'm asking the developers to investigate this issue and resolve it.League joining issue
I have not been able to join any league in FC Mobile for 8 months. The issue is NOT fixed even though EA marked it as resolved. I provided device details, OS version, and followed all troubleshooting steps. Every time they gone tell me to uninstall and reinstall , but I did it 4-5 times issue not fixed and after uninstalling all my ea help chat automatically deleted so I have to explain provide info all over again and again Still, I get blocked every time 1 try to join a league. This is ruining the game experience. Please escalate this immediately to the technical team and provide a real solution instead of closing the report.Redeem problem and unable to complete offers
1. I can't redeem. When I try, it says to link my EA account to an FC Mobile account from gameplay. But it's already linked in. Still it shows this message. 2. I can't complete offers to earn gems. 3. Please solve these problems as soon as possible. I attached screenshots to visualize my problems. My UID is 981254959812808704
Activity Points Daily Limits Bug
I have been doing a little deep research on how we're getting activity points based on the grinding done. I maintained a track record of all games, matches & DR played for the first day of new season to confirm the calculation from the guide given by EA. The calculation was absolutely perfect, I got exactly what was mentioned in the guide. I was able to collect 1250 activity points on the first day, completing all the daily limits quest task & utilising only 1/3 of the weekly limit (Playing 5 matches each in all 3 modes). The next day I started grinding the same, but to my surprise the activity points are not increasing for daily quests. They are only increasing for the unutilised weekly limits of Division Rivals.I have checked the quest are getting completed with each pack opening done, each skill game & AI matches played in Toty event but the activity points are not increasing for the same. I think it's a bug that the daily limits of the quests are not getiing refreshed or am I missing something here?Not getting a good card in past 10 months.
I am playing this game almost 5 an half years.But the saddest thing is that I never got a highest card in this time period.Highest card I got is just 109 LB.I report to EA community survival of time but They Cant even help me.In this captain event many of users got good cards.Even all of my friends got 111.Many of them got twice.So what is the reason?Why I cant get any good card.Even I complete Daily task regularly.I am a FC champions all in formets.So why I invest my time in this game?Give me a reason?Tell me reason to play this game?Otherwise I think I have to leave the game permanently.Just waste of time.😡
