Can't unlock week 4 in retro event

I can't play matches for week 4 in retro event in EAFC mobile. I waited for a day for them to fix it but it's not yet fixed I need urgent help from the team so I can claim week 4 rewards and milestone rewards.I attached a screenshot please help me EAFC community

@RONALDOH7I5 In the image I can see only half of the matches. Show us a picture with all matches and answer the second question I asked. Also, if you completed lvl 3 today, you probably have to wait for tomorrow to be able to play again

Yep I completed all matches in week 3, u can see that in the image I attached
