Captain Pass players are becoming unsellable

See my posts.  Looks at the pictures.  One day players are sellable and then they are not.  What gives?  It’s not okay to do this to your players who devote time and effort risking the resources that many pay money for just to have those same resources taken from them unfairly.

I’ve submitted a refund request through Apple as this is not right!  I bet lots of folks bought the pass immediately to sell that player.  At least those players should be eligible for the Captains 90 OVR exchange.

Well I don’t request a refund for all purchases but this one is particularly egregious.  This is a violation of basic contract law.  There was an offer and I accepted the offer of a sellable 88-92 mixed version pack.  I’d have been happy with a sellable 88 because that was the risk I accepted.  I didn’t accept an 88-92 unsellable worthless player.  They switched the deal after I accepted the original offer. That is not legal and I am certainly due a refund without retaliation.  BTW thanks for reading and responding to my posts.

It is precisely why I purchased the pass immediately.  I watched the twitch video and around the 27th minute they highlight this really premium reward right off.  If the first item was an unsellable 88-91 I certainly would have taken much more time to contemplate purchasing the pass.  If EA didn’t know that they messed up, then answer me this, why did they update the first reward to an unsellable item?  The answer is they knew it was wrong, and they knew people would be upset.  People don’t need to be tricked. Tricking people makes them upset.

@smsredbulls so-it did not show as un-trade on the stream, but was un-trade in game? Or was the initial card art just wrong in game?

You know that during the stream that tell you that the screens the screens you are seeing are the dev build and that in-game mightt he slightly different?

If it was just incorrect card art then that sometimes happens, it would not have been intentional to try and trick people, particularly as it is such a small component of the overall pass.

In any event, I still fall to unberstand how you thought tradable 88 -91 was worth $ 15 but the rest of the pass wasn't? Most of there 88s are worth less than 3 million?
