Hi mendozzamagic,
im using iPad, I’ve tried reducing the graphics and some of the relevant solutions/trouble shooting steps but nothing seems to work.
when the event first started it worked fine, I hadn’t changed anything on my device, played through the event from amateur to legendary and it was fine,
then for whatever reason the next time I tried to play the champions league is when the opening credits run through then all I got was a black screen.
A few days later I was able to access the event (I don’t know how it came back) and play a few games, then I would leave it for a while and go back to playing again,
this was when it happened again, opened the event, opening credits played and then a black screen and this is where we’re at presently.
im at a loss and it seems EA are also, I’m not sure if anyone else has reported this problem but when I asked customer services they said that they knew there was an issue and the team are working on a solution, so I’m left without being able to play and losing out on rewards needed to help further my journey through the other events, anymore help is appreciated, Trev.

Just another thing, I downloaded another game from the App Store and it loaded and played fine, no issues so I don’t think the problem is at my end.

I’ll pass it on to the team - I haven’t heard of widespread issues, but sometimes accounts can get glitches for some reason

Has anyone been able to come up with a solution to my problem yet, this has been going on for over a week now.
i know the problem isn’t with me because I’ve downloaded other games and they play fine, no issues.
I’m seriously annoyed and frustrated with this game now, it’s supposed to be a relaxing experience, I’m spending my time
(albeit my choice) and money on the game and not getting the full value, I’m missing out on rewards also.
personally I don’t think you will resolve the issue and probably hope that I get fed up of corresponding to you and you’re correct,
this will be my last time because my patience has well and truly run out, I will await a response but if I don’t get some answer then I will just delete the game.
