Issue Description:

I am posting this from the ghost profile because a severe database error has locked me out of my legitimate account management options. My primary Google login session is being forcefully routed and hard-linked by the EA database to thist), which is attached to an inaccessible burner email address ([edit: email address removed]) that I do not own.

Because of this credential contamination loop, the standard web authentication system com address, completely disabling any live chat or standard recovery options.

Requested Remedy:
