hi, I’ve tried this on another device now and previously but it’s still the same issue, if you say there have been no widespread reports of an issue like this
does that mean that no one has had the same issue because I can’t be the only having this problem, I think the best thing is for me to wait until this champions league event has finished
and just succumb to the fact that it won’t be solved and that I’m unable to play and receive any rewards from the event ( which I’m extremely disappointed about )
I can’t do anything more at my end so EA will have to sort it or accept that they have one very dissatisfied customer.
Is anyone at EA even bothered to resolve this problem, it’s gone on for weeks now.
I can’t do anything more as I’ve said in previous comments so it’s down you at EA,
please don’t ask me to try all the obvious things because I’ve tried them numerous times
and nothing is working,
