Complaint

To: EA Sports FC Mobile Support Team

My name is Abduvaliyev [Full name removed - CM], and I am an active user of the FC Mobile game. I am writing this complaint due to technical issues I am experiencing in the game.

Currently, the “Earn Gems” section is not working. I am unable to access this section and cannot claim gem rewards through completed tasks. Although I have completed the requirements for tasks that were supposed to reward more than 1 million gems, I have not received these rewards due to a technical issue.

Because of this problem, I am unable to fully use the game services, and this situation has caused me financial loss.

Therefore, I kindly request that you:

Fix the technical issue in the “Earn Gems” section and ensure stable access;

Review my account and grant the gems for the tasks I have already completed;

Take a fair decision regarding this issue.

I hope this matter will be resolved as soon as possible.

    Hey Abduvaliyev.  Thanks for the report. Just to make sure I’ve got this right: are you experiencing the same issue that other players have reported in this thread?
