Connection lost in Manager Mode

The game lost connection at the 84th mins and kicked me out. I was winning 2:0 and on a very stable network. It’s been 10 mins and still cannot start another game. Some screenshots for your reference.

 I just needed that win to promote to FC Champions. Please give it back to me. Thank you!

    Hey, I'm sorry to hear that your game was disconnected. Unfortunately, once a match is disconnected, it can't be restored, and we're not able to manually change the result or award wins afterwards.

    If this was a one-time occurrence, it was likely caused by a temporary connection issue between the device and the game servers. However, if you're experiencing similar disconnections more often, please try the following on your iOS device:

    • Restart your device.
    • Make sure FC Mobile and iOS are fully up to date.
    • Play on a stable Wi-Fi connection whenever possible and check if other devices are not using the bandwidth.
    • Close background apps before launching the game.
    • Disable any VPNs or network-related apps that could interfere with the connection.
