Didn’t Recieve my fc points
Dear Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue regarding a purchase I made for FC Points. The payment was successfully completed through Google Pay, but I have not received the FC Points in my game account.
Transaction details are as follows:
- Payment Method: Google Pay (UPI)
- Amount: ₹99 (two transactions made)
- Date: 18 February 2026
- Status: Payment Completed
- Bank: ICICI Bank

The payment was made to Apple Services, but the FC Points have not been credited to my game account yet. I have attached screenshots of the payment confirmation for your reference.
Kindly check the transaction status from your side and either credit the FC Points to my account or process a refund if the purchase was not completed successfully.
