Didnt receive gems from league standings (9.9k)

Hey ea, today i did not receive my gems from league standings i was supposed to receive 9.9k gems. But i got nothing. I hope i can get those gems my username Sai ovr 119 [Removed - CM] id

Have you restarted the game? Sometimes there are delays, have you checked your inbox etc?

I also have this situation. I get the three mods (VSA HTH MNM)weekly rewards this afternoon. But the Gems rewards are not in my account. I need some help. Thank you!
