Didn't receive player item

Hi,

In the last event Ragnarok: Afterdaybreak, I did the exchange for 110 OVR Cha Bum Kun and the when I checked my team and player lists he was not in it. I didn't receive the player item after the successful exchange.

I took this much time to report this issue since I was not aware of a forum like this, I'm sorry for not reporting this at earliest. I got to know about this from discord server.

But it will be helpful if the issue is checked and resolved since it's hard to get such exclusive card again.
