Disconnect error

I have been playing FC for months now and up until like idk March I couldn't enter play H2H matches because the screen is stuck in the connecting to server message whenever I sign up for a match.After some time a, message will pop up saying Disconnect error Network problem(Pomegranate) I need help with this issue and ask if whether it is my wifi or. O also have recording of this problem but I don't know how to upload it
