I completed a sirius xm gem offer for 20,000 ish gems on Oct 3rd at 8:41 P.M. However I never received my award and have already tried talking to the in game live chat service but they told me to come here to make a ppst amd possibly have someone help me out. I subcribed like the offer told me to and I have not received anything.
Did customer service ever fix it? I ran into the same issue today.
This seems like a breach of terms with google play/apple, if reported.
i had the same exact problem and i managed to cancel the membership
but i still had to pay a dollar
